Over the last few years, there have been several big shifts in our packaging policies. Among the most notable are the change from SYSV init files to systemd units, generation of python 2 and python 3 RPMs from the same SRPM, and generation of system-specific configuration. Flock provides the perfect opportunity to get a number of packagers (and ideally, provenpackagers) together to try to work through some of the remaining unmodified packages and get them cleaned up.
